Marshall is the founder and owner of Ramp Management, a sport and entertainment agency formed in 2004 and this led to an introduction to Carl Kuster. Marshall partnered with Carl to help him achieve a life long goal to share the mountains and backcountry with as many people as possible—in 2008 Carl Kuster Mountain Park was formed and quickly established itself as the premier brand for backcountry big mountain snowmobile adventures.
Marshall’s wife, Christine, and their children, Caden, Alex, Mia, and Macy are the foundation for the passion that Marshall takes into all his endeavors. Fuelled by an entrepreneurial spirit, he works hard to continue building a sustainable business model and develop growth opportunities for CKMP’s future. Outside of work, you can find Marshall chasing Ironman races.
