CKMP COVID-19 STATEMENT AND BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRELY

At Carl Kuster Mountain Park we are committed to putting our Guests first. With COVID-19 officially listed as a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO), and with so much yet to understand, we wanted to take a moment to let you know the steps we are taking to ensure your visit with us will be as safe as possible. Additionally, we have amended our Terms and Conditions to reflect the current situation and possible unforeseen changes that could affect your ability to travel inside or to Canada.
We have implemented a number of additional guidelines at CKMP that will reduce exposure to, and transmission of a range of illnesses, including novel coronavirus.

Safety Precautions

We encourage you to follow usual health precautions, such as:

COVID-19 Additional Booking Terms and Conditions

CKMP is now taking bookings for the upcoming 2020-2021 season. We realize there are still many unknowns and current travel restrictions in place. We have adapted to Terms and Conditions to allow you to make a decision with the least amount of exposure possible to your trip investment. Below are examples of possible scenarios:
  1. In the event that COVID-19 forces you to cancel your trip either due to having COVID-19 illness, you are showing symptoms related to COVID-19 or have had exposure that has forced you to quarantine.

  2. In the event that COVID-19 has forced travel restrictions by a Provincial, State or Federal Governing body that make it not possible for you to attend your trip.

Upon booking to secure your spot for next season the Deposit will remain Non-Refundable.

If your travel is restricted related to reasons 1 or 2 (above) within 90 days of your arrival, 50% of your trip value (less the non-refundable deposit) will be returned to you.

NOTE *Credit Card Fees and International Currency rates may have a positive or negative result on the final amount refunded to you*

The remainder 50% (less non-refundable deposit) will be held towards a future trip.

During this time, we want to emphasize:

CKMP will adapt its practices to ensure that we continue to deliver above our guest expectations, while also making decisions in a thoughtful manner that prioritizes the safety of you and the CKMP team. We ask that you also make responsible decisions in your personal life, prior to your visit. Avoiding large public gatherings like concerts or sporting events 14 days prior your trip can help limit the expose for everyone.
Of course, we will monitor incoming COVID-19 updates from Health Canada, and the WHO and amend and adjust guidelines at regular intervals. We thank you for your understanding and patience.
Sincerely,
MKronewitt
